Welcome Rookie!

In this page you will find all you need to know about how the organization work.

The team

The team is right now composed as you can see from this organizational chart:

Participants are divided in two main groups: Administrative staff and Associates designer.

Every person in the Administrative Staff have a specific role and they are responsible of the decisions taken togheter by the STAFF and the ASSOCIATES.

• Academic supervisor: Is the professor that keep us in touch with the University, help us connecting with external partners and supervising the project from a didactic point of view.
• Secretaries: Secretaries are the official representative of the associations. They curate the relationship with stakeholders like the Dean and Workshop Chief. They give presentations when necessary and provide resources to the initiative (funding, rooms management etc.)
• Community Curators: People in charge of the community organize the recruitments, team building activities and possible events for the university community. They are also responsible to spread the awareness of the
• Treasurer: The treasurer keep the book of the donation and eventual funding we receive.
• Social Media Manager: Keep the socials updated, answer to messages.
• Web Master: Keep the website updated.
• Maker Chief: Is in charge of projects relative to making.

Associates Designer, contribute to the decisions and are central in the execution of the ideas, where they are free to explore and experiment design wise: photography, poster design, open-source making etc.

Inside the organization we use a range of tools to carry out daily activities and stay update on what everyone is doing.

📆  Google Calendar

We use Google calendar for:

• Deadlines and Meeting are organized inside a shared google calendar.

1. At this link you can request the access to the calendar and link it to your account:

1. After making the request, an Admin will give you access to the Calendar.

2. After the admin give you the access, you have to tick, inside the “My calendar” menù on the left, the MaMa checkbox.
